Will the castle fit in my garden?
The size of the castle is on the website, on the castle page. We we need 4ft clearance around the castle. 4ft at the back for blower, 4ft at the sides and front for mats. We will decide where the castle/inflatable/equipment is to be sited.
What if it's heavy rain or windy/gusts of 24mph mph or above?
We will offer one alternative date, within 12 months of the original booking date, using the same inflatable/equipment as per the original booking. This applies to all bookings, including weddings. We do not refund.
We would advise that you keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to the hire date, and maybe have a back up plan by hiring a hall, meaning your hire can go ahead regardless of the weather.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, or debit or credit card if you book via our website. When paying via bank transfer you must use your booking reference, your name and booking date, otherwise we don't know who the payment is from.
Hall hires.
Please check the size of the hall before you book including the height of the ceiling.
What do I need to do?
Make sure we have clear access to the set up area. We require a minimum of 4ft width to deliver the castle to the set up area. Ie:through gates/passages etc
Can I cancel?
We require six weeks notice to cancel a hire unless for bad weather, less notice will require full payment. Deposits are non refundable.
We want the castle after 7pm. This will be an overnight hire unless agreed with us.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose the area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, (Excluding bad weather) we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Approximate delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products. Outside hires will only be set up on clean, flat grass. We will not set up on any other surface. Please ensure that the location our products will be sited is accessible, that you have cleared the area of mess and debris.
We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
